The guest forms his impressions by seeing the furnishing ,spotlessly clean ,and air odor free room. Hence it plays a major role in retaining or loosing of a guest. If the eyes are the mirrors of the soul, cleanliness of a hotel reveals the type of service that a certain hotel can offer. Through strict observance of cleanliness, a hotel is in great chance of inviting and persuading a lot of customers to check in.
