AUTHORITY

๏ 355 units in Ventura County
๏ Last public housing facility built in 1988
๏ง Section 8:
๏ 30% of income goes to rent, AHA pays remainder
๏ Number of vouchers are capped, currently a long waiting list.
Waiting list has not been opened since 2008
15. SUBSIDIZED SENIOR HOUSING
