Soapmaking
No-one knows quite when soap was
discovered. It was, however, a VERY long
time ago.
Soap was very expensive, and in some
locations, it was heavily taxed.
Only the rich could have much of it.
The guilds kept tight control of their
recipes.
Soapmaking at home has become popular
for many reasons.
How it all began…

I will need:
• silicone mold
• soap base
• red and yellow dyes
• essential oil of avacodo
• rubbing alcohol
To get better results I’ve cut the soap base into
smaller pieces.
We need to melt the soap base. It is more
easily done in the microwave.

When the base is melted, аdd about a third of
a teaspoon of avocado oil.
Add about 3 drops of yellow dye.

Now to get the beautiful color, drip about 4
drops of red dye and mix.
Allow the soap for 3-4 hours, so it is well
frozen, and can be immediately used.
Here it is! Beautiful homemade soap!
In just a matter of minutes you can create
wonderful soaps for your home or for
special gifts.
But be aware – soap making is addictive
Thank you for your kind attention!
