TEENAGE ISSUES

AIM OF THIS PROJECT
• In this project I am going to be talking about one of the biggest teenage
issues ever. Video games. I aim to show you how video games can take over
your life and why you should not play too many video games.
• Here is a 13 year old boy called Danny. As you can see here he is getting
changed after arriving home from school.
• SHOT TYPE: MID-SHOT
• AS YOU CAN SEE AFTER DANNY HAS CHANGED HE HAS IGNORED HIS
HOMEWORK AND GONE STRAIGHT ON HIS PS3
• SHOT TYPE: ANGLED SHOT
• HIS DAD HAS CAME IN AND ASKED HIM TO DO HIS HOMEWORK AND DANNY
TOLD HIM “YES”
• SHOT TYPE: MID-SHOT
• AS YOU CAN SEE DANNY WAITED FOR HIS DAD TO LEAVE THE ROOM AND
THEN TURNED HIS TV BACK ON.
• SHOT TYPE: CLOSE UP (ON HAND)
• ISSUE: LYING TO HIS DAD
• HE HAS JUST GOT A MESSAGE TO GO TO HIS FRIENDS HOUSE TO PLAY SOME
GAMES WITH HIM
• SHOT TYPE: CLOSE UP (TO THE MESSAGE)
• ISSUE: STILL NOT DONE HIS HOMEWORK
• DANNY HAS GOT CHANGED AND IS HEADING OVER TO DRAKES HOUSE TO
PLAY GAMES

• HIS MUM STOPPED HIM AND ASKED WHERE IS WAS GOING AND DANNY SAID
“OVER TO DRAKES HOUSE TO DO SOME HOMEWORK”

• DANNY WAS ON HIS WAY TO DRAKES HOUSE AND HE BROUGHT HIS FAVORITE

• WHEN HE GETS MUGGED FROM BEHIND AND HIS GAMES GET STOLEN

• HE WENT HOME AND FINALLY (BECAUSE HIS FAVORITE GAMES WERE STOLEN)
STARTED ON HIS HOMEWORK.
• SHOT TYPE: CLOSE UP (ON WORK)
• WHEN HIS DAD CAME IN AND TOOK HIS HOMEWORK AWAY (HE THOUGHT IT
WAS FINESHED BECAUSE DANNY WENT OUT THE ROOM) AND SHOUTED TO
DANNY THAT HE HAD TO GO BED.
• SHOT TYPE: CLOSE UP (WHEN TAKING WORK)
• SO BECAUSE DANNY HAD TO GO BED HE COULDENT FINESH HIS HOMEWORK
AND SO HE PULLED OUT HIS LAPTOP AND STARTED PLAYING MINECRAFT.
• SHOT TYPE CLOSE UP (ON SCREEN)
• ISSUE: DID NOT FINISH HOMEWORK
CONCLUSION
• I HOPE THAT THIS HAS SHOWED YOU WHY NOT TO GET ADDICTED ON VIDEO
GAMES WHILE DOING GCSEs BECAUSE IT WILL DESTROY YOUR SCHOOL LIFE
AND THAT WILL MAKE YOU FAIL IN LIFE IF YOU DON’T GET GOOD GRADES. IF
YOU WANTED TO BECOME A GAMER THEN YOU CAN DO THAT BUT IF THAT
DOESENT WORK THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE A BACK UP JOB THAT WILL PAY
WELL. SO DON’T SPEND YOUR LIFE ON VIDEO GAMES!!!
