E-BIDDING: PRACTICE IN NEPAL


Currently E-submission only (Evaluation and
Contract Awarding done manually)
Public Account Committee (PAC) of the Parliament
directed the government to implement E-bidding
system in all government bodies for the contract of
over Rs. 25 lakhs.
Compulsory for Contracts>1.0 crore
Currently using Buyers in Nepal: DUDBC, DoR,
RAP, Nepal Telecom etc.
