This document summarizes a student's school project to build a cardboard crane model using various materials like cardboard, silicone, and styrofoam. It describes the steps taken to design and cut out cardboard parts, attach a pulley made of styrofoam, and join all parts together using silicone. The completed crane model functions using a pulley and spool to raise and lower objects by spinning the spool clockwise or counterclockwise, converting circular motion into linear motion through the pulley and thread.

3. 3.Ready with each part, I created holes at specific ubications of parts where I go to
put the stick.
4.I created a pulley with Styrofoam and stick a part of the thread around the stick.
5. The final step was to join all parts using silicone, attach them to the base, and
paint the crane.

Explain its funcion
The function of a crane is the rise and lower object, this crane uses two simple
machines one is a pulley and the other is a lathe, the pulley is at the top, and the
lathe is downstairs. When I spin the lathe anticlockwise the object rises and when I
spin clockwise the object lowers. This machine transforms the circular moving into
lineal moving because when we are rolling up the thread, we are producing lineal
moving, why is it happening? Because when he produces that moving the pulley is
spinning and on that, the thread is moving and its moving is a lineal moving because
the thread only moves horizontal and vertical.

5. The object is lower because the moving is clockwise
The object is rise because the moving is anticlockwise
