DNAnovation
A program of possibilities

1
Why Innovate?
‣

Innovation is the key to reducing
waste, increasing profitability, and
discovering disruptive new ways to
serve your customer needs

‣

It is not enough to simply think up new
ideas and ask people to be creative.

‣

Innovation requires a different way of
thinking and doing, without interfering
with your necessary business

‣

The DNAnovation course creates a
new innovation team within your
organization and delivers immediate
results

Executive Summary: A tactical program to inject new innovation
practices into your organization, and to produce actual innovative
results in new solutions, products, and services.

“A mind challenge to
mediocrity”

๏ The problem your organization faces in
being innovative is not a lack of creative
ideas or a desire to innovate, it's a lack of
knowledge on how to actually implement
and protect innovative projects from
"business as usual" tendencies.

“Real world pragmatic advice
and counsel on how to develop an
innovation platform in a
large company”

๏ The DNAnovation course is a 90-day
kickstart to create an exciting new
innovation engine inside your existing
organization.

“Useful strategies on how to
overcome corporate stagnation”

๏ You will be provided hands-on expert
guidance to create a successful innovation
group and the methodology to ensure its
survival.

“Spot on & relevant for those
seeking to disrupt and innovate
to spur growth”

Project Proposal
A program of possibilities
๏ The DNAnovation course is a 90-day kickstart to create an exciting new innovation engine inside
your existing organization. You will be provided training, expert staff and guidance, and a roadmap
for the creation of an effective innovation engine within your company.
๏ The project will also deliver real results! Not just theory and great ideas, but actual business models
and potential new products, pre-tested in the marketplace as viable opportunities worth pursuing.
๏ The program will combine both expert external involvement along with your own internal team, so
that the lessons learned in methodology and practice will help infuse your organization with the new
DNA of disruptive innovation.
๏ However, before you can begin, your executive leadership must be committed to success. The DNA
team will work with the executive sponsor to fight off the antibodies and establish the required
operational rules and processes for the program to run effectively.
๏ Program cost: US$245K, includes executive staff and all material and operational expenses, travel
costs are excluded and billed separately
