11. Project Proposal
A program of possibilities
๏ The DNAnovation course is a 90-day kickstart to create an exciting new innovation engine inside
your existing organization. You will be provided training, expert staff and guidance, and a roadmap
for the creation of an effective innovation engine within your company.
๏ The project will also deliver real results! Not just theory and great ideas, but actual business models
and potential new products, pre-tested in the marketplace as viable opportunities worth pursuing.
๏ The program will combine both expert external involvement along with your own internal team, so
that the lessons learned in methodology and practice will help infuse your organization with the new
DNA of disruptive innovation.
๏ However, before you can begin, your executive leadership must be committed to success. The DNA
team will work with the executive sponsor to fight off the antibodies and establish the required
operational rules and processes for the program to run effectively.
๏ Program cost: US$245K, includes executive staff and all material and operational expenses, travel
costs are excluded and billed separately
