Question 2 How does your media product represent particular social groups?
The magazine “Da Beat” has target audience in the age range of 14 – 21 which means youngsters who mostly enjoy music and its both male and female. That’s a reason why I have chosen a model in that age range in order to give a sense of realism, moreover the sense of realism will attract my target audience. The colour scheme represents my magazine as a flashy magazine, which symbolises that particular age group who like to show off (sometimes with their flashy new clothes), which also relates to my model as he is wearing sunglasses. In that way magazine represents youngsters who have a appeal in the world  of music.
