When the time comes to perform the final sculpting, and smoothing work on your construction
site, power up your Remote Control Loaders. The loaders give you the versatility to shape your
area so the completed project takes on a lifelike look.
After the excavators finish the job of removing all the dirt from the site, piling loose dirt up to
roughly form building foundations, hills, and bottom contours for lakes or ponds, you need a
piece of RC construction equipment that has the dexterity to sculpt those loose dirt piles into
shape.
Mini loader is called so because all such loaders weigh below 2000 kg. Mini Loaders are found
in a variety of forms but are broadly classified into 2 main categories.

A mini skid loader is a mini loader based on the rigid frame form. This loader is an engine
powered machine used to attach a variety of tools like forks, augers, hoes, rock breakers,
excavating hoes and sweepers that help in picking up load and transferring them from one
machinery to another. They are also used for excavating and digging purposes. The bucket may
either be of fixed nature or it operates on quick-change tool frame. The more tools the better is
the utility of the mini loader.
A mini loader is like a front-end loader with a bucket in the front. The conventional front loader
had the arms alongside the driver with pivots points just behind him. The moving points always

2. were a danger to the driver particularly during getting on and off the loader. Now, the modern
Mini Mine Loaders come with fully enclosed cabs to provide protection to the operator. More
advanced versions of the mini loader come with seated operating positions. Another plus point is
the visibility level accessed due to higher positioning of the seats.
Articulated loaders have a greater advantage over skid steers as it has a stronger base that
provides for more leverage. This increases the comfort level along with efficiency level. Like all
other loaders, it can be used to push dumps of material or transfer it from one place to another, or
to simply carry any material in its bucket.
Mini mine loaders have become a common sight at excavations or construction sites. They are
majority of the times used in place of a large excavator, which is inaccessible in remote areas.
They help by digging holes from the inside. It starts by digging a ramp towards the edge of the
desired location. This comes most in handy because of the added visibility level accessed due to
higher positioning of the seats.
First use the loaders to shape building foundations, and form foundation molds. Scoop up
unwanted dirt, and remove it. Use the loader bucket to pack loose dirt into shape, and add more
dirt to the foundation as needed.
