Why Leading Thoughts?
Leading Thoughts are always born from within. They are fore mostly
important for us. Each year we go through and check our Leading Thoughts
together. They are a source of inspiration for us. Their foundation lies
within common trust, self-discipline and the pride of our accomplishments.
Our Leading Thoughts tell us what we are striving towards and a reason to
go on. It is Tiimiakatemia’s teamcoaches’ and teampreneurs’ responsibility
to nurture them. The most important thing is to know what you are,
because your destination changes with the world.
Our purpose is to create the future, not to foresee it. We have created a
community, where people work together towards a common goal. The
team-companies are the foundation of our community. This means their
coaching has to be efficient and of high quality.
We show attention to each team-company and individual, because
Tiimiakatemia is as strong as its weakest link. Leading Thoughts and
accepting challenges are at the core of Tiimiakatemia.
We must find the people who are the most excited about our Leading
Thoughts. Who will stand behind them and act according to their guidance.
Our actions are based on ambition and the desire to accomplish things we
believe in.

2. Teampreneurship
We grow to be teampreneurs through non-stop training
sessions and working together. We coach ourselves into
creating our own profession, job and workplace. We feel
and understand our responsibility for our environment
and we help each other.

We break boundaries and we boldly do things that we
haven’t tried before. We seize opportunities with an
open mind.
In Tiimiakatemia we learn to put the newest theories
into action in co-operation with our customers and
networks. We take responsibility both of our own and

5. Internationality and travelling
You must go far to see near. Everywhere we go, we
develop the international network of Tiimiakatemia
and we search for new approaches that we can use in
our everyday life. We travel a lot because we want to
be international ambassadors on every continent. This
way we will learn more and faster.

Our personal relationships with each other, with our
family and with our customers are essential in doing
business. The thriving forces are creativity, trust,
respect and openness. We give and receive open and

By 19 November 2037, Tiimiakatemia’s
vision is to be the World’s Leading Centre of
Excellence in the field it has chosen.
Our Goal
Every team-company will make a trip around the world with the money they have
earned together from customer projects. It is the team coach’s task to keep the goal
clear in sight and team entrepreneurs’ to encourage each other towards it.
