Bartech is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a long-term contract position in Montreal. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, be bilingual in French and English, and have excellent communication and technical skills. Key responsibilities include consulting with clients and teams to document business and technical requirements, preparing functional solution designs, assisting with test case development and execution, and assisting with incident report triage. Qualifications also include expertise as a Business Analyst involved with technical teams, managers, and clients, as well as solid knowledge of Sterling OMS Software.

Key Responsibilities
 Consulting with client and team members to document and understand
business and technical requirements for Order Management functions
provided by the software platform.
 Preparing functional solution designs and review with client and
development lead.
 Assisting with test casedevelopment and execution.
 Assisting with the triage of incident reports.
Qualifications
 8 + years of experience as a Business Analyst
 Bilingual - French and English
 Excellent communication and technical skills
 Expert as Business Analyst with long experience involvement in many ways
with technical teams, managers and internal client
 Solid knowledge of Sterling OMS Software
 Participate in Functional solution Design, reviews with OMS Architects, IT
team and End users
 Experience assisting IT team in test cases and execution
 Experience using Sterling OMS incident reporting
Education:
 Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
