  8. 8. But you need not express them to all and sundry
  9. 9. And wisdom and discretion may forbid it.
  10. 10. Often, we can acknowledge our feelings in private and so
  11. 11. we need not act out our feelings in public.
  12. 12. Not everyone wants or needs to know exactly how we feel at every moment.

  24. 24. Know yourself and admit your feelings.
  25. 25. And know how to restrain your feelings
  26. 26. for your own benefit and the benefit of others .
