Are you seeking, in the midst of, or anticipating a transition in your life? This workshop will engage participants in a high energy strategic planning process designed to help them get clear about what they want and how they can get there. This session will apply concepts grounded in positive psychology research, utilize Zen approaches to help participants get out of their own way, and engage coaching practices to help participants gain clarity and create their own solutions.
Celebrations - What are you celebrating? What have you learned, what have you gained, what do you appreciate, what talents do you bring. Think, pair, ,and share.
What do you want. Leaders don’t complain, leaders make requests. What are your desires related to a curricular approach. What do you want for your students and their learning? Based on being at RCI and the work you have done before that, what do you want? Individuals answer on their own and then share with their team.
3. Want more. Push people to expand their vision and their goals, avoid being risk adverse, and encourage more ideas. Ask individuals to generate 3-5 more or bigger ideas. Share with the team.
