If your timesheet has been
rejected by its
approver, usually your
supervisor, you will receive
an automatic system email.
You should also receive an
email from the approver
explaining the reason for
the rejection and how to
correct it. Read the emails
sent to you regarding the
timesheet rejection.

3. Re-submitting your timesheet in Deltek
Begin by signing into
deltek. Type your
password in the
“Password” field and
click the “Login” button.

Select the rejected
timesheet in the
“MyDesktop” screen. It
will be highlighted in
red.

Make the correction as indicated in the emails.

Click the “Save” button
at the top of the
“Timesheet” screen.

Click the __ (Signature)
button to the right of
the “Signature” field
located at the bottom of
the “Timesheet” screen.

Type your sign-in password in the “Signature Sheet”
window.

Click “OK” to sign your timesheet and re-submit it for
approval.

“MyDesktop” screen.

11. Enter Daily, Holiday and Vacation Time Into Deltek
Click the __ (Open Door) button to exit Deltek.
