Business and Finance Services, Information Services Technology, and Human Resources for the

As part of the Recruitment Team, you will be sourcing highly qualified applicants to critical and
hard-to-fill staff positions for the university.
2. Responsibilities
Sourcing
Utilizes internal tools and market knowledge to source candidates (non-
academic staff) across a variety of UC verticals and build pipelines to support
Recruiters and Sr. Recruiters
Support Recruiters with client base and source for upcoming needs; have
passive candidates ready to engage in recruitment at any given time
Collect resumes from Linkedin, job-boards, list-serves and data mine
candidates in the applicant tracking system
Self-motivated, focused, self-starter; proactive, takes initiative and follow-
through is critical
Applies campus policies and procedures in addressing and resolving
moderately complex staffing needs
Data Analysis
Create, maintain and improve reports on sourcing efforts
Ability to create a centralized database to house passive candidates that will
be easily accessible to Recruitment Team
Recruitment
Source, screen, interview and recommend candidates for skilled operational,
technical and professional levels
Provide administrative support for full life cycle recruitments on selected
vacancies
Communicate with recruiters and supervisor regarding affirmative action
goals and advertisement methods
Required Qualifications
1-2 years’ experience sourcing
Proven track record of success with sourcing in a high volume environment with
the ability to manage changing and competing priorities.
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment when making
decisions
Basic knowledge of employment law and Human Resources
Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management
skills
Demonstrated knowledge of standard sourcing and recruitment tools (e.g. Job
Boards, professional associations, social media, etc.)
