3. The most interesting process
This course such a grade’s option, has let us
improving our skills. This course gave me new
tools for applying in the class management.
Which let to use some activities for motivating
our students, the course help to mold us, as
real teacher, so the experience, allow about us
get the control in the class , and let them
produce their selves ideas, solving different
problems, being critic and getting feedback
each one, improving the English as second
language.

This course gave me other point of view,
about of the real situation. Which it tough me
how kind of materials we could use in
different context, different level, diferent
school, according the students vehavior
where the motivation inviteus to change the
missbehavior opf ur students, foccusing in
places, context, about tools, ans strstegies to
apply i the class, for motivating our stuents
5. MAKING A REFLECTION
At moment we find many siatuations, which some
teachers has been in a hard situation, with their
students. Unfortunately the students have the control
in the classroom, also some teachers have studied
different career, of English language. For this reason is
duficult to teach in the schools the foreign language as
English second language.
Although, who has the knowledge, have the power in
the class, beacause the teachers need to show it,
demostrating with their knowledge and strategies for
teaching.
Definitely isn’t easily to teach in this time , but is exciting
to teach, for this reason is necessary to use good
strategies for motivating our students
6. Some strategies to applying
in the classroom.
1.Be friendly,but secure
2. establish the rules clearly rules
3. keep the class motived
4. use strategies for applying in misbehavior
5. keep the communication with their
parents in a private way
6. show ignoranse about negative mis
behavior and establish fast reinforcements
7. ask reason for missing class
