• About the role
‒ Plan and execute integrated,
multi-channel marketing
programmes
‒ Promote a wide portfolio of
single copy and subscription
research products to target
market segments through the
efficient and effective use of
CRM, e-marketing (ESP) and e-
commerce systems
‒ Analyse all activity to improve
the effectiveness of future
campaigns, providing regular KPI
reports to senior management
• About you
‒ Minimal 5 years marketing and
communications experience
working at a senior management
level
‒ Extensive experience of CRM
and ESP platforms and in-depth
knowledge of designing, building
and managing complex email
campaigns
‒ Good working knowledge of
other web and digital marketing
techniques (SEO and SEM) and
in managing corporate social
media channels

• About you cont./
‒ You will have an analytical approach to your work, routinely using customer
analysis, segmentation, campaign tracking and performance measurement
to inform targeting and messaging
‒ Extensive experience of B2B outbound marketing tactics and programmes
from customer acquisition, cross-sell/upsell campaigns to loyalty and
retention marketing
‒ Strong organisational/planning and budgeting skills, as well as excellent
numeracy and written English
‒ You will be confident and dependable, creative and enthusiastic
‒ You will be familiar with e-commerce systems in a B2B and ideally
subscription product setting
