HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK? (STEP 3) ,[object Object],TO HELP ENSURE SUCCESS, A PARTNER INVENTORY IS ESTABLISHED: EACH CLINIC IS STOCKED WITH CRITERION UNITS AT NO COST ON A CONSIGNMENT BASIS. INVENTORY LEVEL IS ESTABLISHED BY GOALS AND TRACK RECORD. FOR EXAMPLE, IF A PARTNER TYPICALLY DISPENSES 5 MEDICALLY-NECESSARY DEVICES A WEEK, THE INVENTORY RE-STOCK LEVEL WILL BE SET TO 10 AND THE RE-ORDER POINT TO 5. IN OTHER WORDS, WHEN A PARTNER DISPENSES 5 OR MORE UNITS, HIS OR HER INVENTORY IS AUTOMATICALLY RE-STOCKED TO 10 UNITS. A PARTNER IS CHARGED FOR THE UNIT WHEN HE OR SHE BILLS FOR THE DEVICE:

CRITERION CAN PROVIDE “PATIENT DEMOGRAPHIC” SHEETS AS SEEN BELOW – OR PARTNERS ARE FREE TO USE THEIR OWN FORM – AS LONG AS THE ESSENTIAL INFORMATION IS PROVIDED.,[object Object]
