6. Patient at home clicks on appointment reminder email or
logs into hospital patient portal to install virtual visit app.

7. SBR System matches patient with appropriate virtual clinic.

8. Receptionist takes call, makes sure patient’s audio/video is
set up properly and takes any last minute details.

9. Receptionist transfers patient to appropriate physician
queue and places patient into Virtual Waiting Room.

10. Patient is shown educational videos in waiting room.
Surveys or other reading materials can also be presented.

11. Doctor is alerted about patient readiness, can view waiting
queue on mobile device/tablet and can place calls.

12. When ready, the doctor takes patient out of waiting room.
SBR system manages call setup on both ends.

13. If needed, doctor can bring in other clinicians by name, role
or skill. Calls can also be handed off.
