  • The success of your web based communication is communicated with the host’s introduction. In the first two minutes, it’s important to do the following, yet keep it very brief 2-3 minutes and get to the meat of the session: 1. State speaker’s name and title of session in goal statement. EX: “Engaging Your Audiences with Webinars that Wow” State 3 goal statements - what are the audience’s goals of the session. EX: “Maximize your voice, focus your audience by engaging them.” State current situation: What is problem or situation leading to this session from the audience’s perspective? EX: Currently, you are being asked to use this new technology, but you find you are boring, you are losing audiences and not getting the business results you want.
