1. The wiring holders manufacturing plant lacks capacity
2. The methods recommend buying a new welder : 100 000 €
3. A system for gathering and managing Improvement Ideas is operational for 2
months already
4. The ideas of the operators are recognized, we statute, we realize and for some of
them we make them applicable by the authors themselves for the accepted
ideas.
5. Among them, the conductor of an installation sees his first four simple and
common sense ideas accepted and implemented.
6. His motivation is at the « top » his fourth idea is « genius » : a modification of
1000 € on each current machine increases the plant capacity by 10%. It is
enough. Accomplishment term : 15 days, problem solved.
