1. ISB MODEL 350 FILLER
Product Description/Purpose
The ISB 350 filler is a free standing
versatile piece of equipment that will
dispense thin liquids to thick pastes. The
filler can be supplied by itself ready to
connect up to existing equipment or with
a pump fitted that will supply the product
to the filling head. The usual range of the
filler is from 1 kg up to 20KG. The filling
time depends on the type of product. The
filling head can be supplied with different
sizes of nozzles to suit various bottle
neck sizes or containers. The controller
has a LED display for easy reading and
can be set to three decimal places.
If required a hands free option can be
supplied where the filler is started using a
foot peddle. For the production rates it is
suggested that the 350 filler is used in
conjunction with a ISB purpose built
roller conveyer.

OPERATION
The filler is connected to a drum pressout, pump or just supplied by gravity from a
tank. First the required weight is programmed into the controller. Once this is carried
out a container is placed on the scale and the start button is pressed, the product
flows into the container until the required weight is reached, at this point the controller
closes the valve, and the cycle maybe repeated.
MAINTENANCE
There is a minimum of maintenance required on the ISB 350 filler by keeping the air
lubricator oil bottle filled and occasionally calibrating the load cell and controller.
