• Provide key inputs to the Director of Financial Planning regarding
investment plans
• Review and authorize requests within delegated authority level (DoA) for

DETAILED EXPERIENCE:
Financial Management
• Preparing, managing and controlling the budget on monthly basis, and providing quarterly
report with the variances analysis for management purposes.
• Managing the accounting and finance tasks, inventory movement, purchases and sales,
operation, customer services, payroll and time cards, fixed assets and disposal procedures, cash
movement, scraping, and overheads.
• Reorganizing the employee structures and finance department to provide the most efficiency
and achievement for the Company during the duty hours.
• Financing solutions and problem solving.
• Controlling the Overhead Expenses which was over 3.5 Million per Year and I have succeeded to
make a positive variance in the Expenses report by 12 %.
• Managing and controlling the accounts receivables, aging analysis report. In order to determine
the efficiency and effectiveness of account receivables collections and sending the confirmation
request to all of the customers and for assurance purpose, and monitor the credit limits.

the transaction of accruals and provisions accounts has been taken into consideration of
preparing the final monthly Trail Balance and monitor the credit limits.
