2. The process of signing in visitors can be low-tech, tedious and is a traditional
process that have been carried out for ages without any cross verification.
Often, visitors need to fill out their details in a book. Watchman/Security
guard/front desk then rings up resident to greet the person, which he or she
may not recognize right away. Digital Gorkha brings a paperless solution to
make visitor registration more easy, faster and secure. It simply verifies visitor
details with Mobile number and send a confirmation SMS to resident.
PROBLEM:
Everywhere we go, be an office or a society
we need to fill our details in a visitor book.
This allows visitors to sign in with fictitious
details there is no verification of details. In
case of a crime the police wont be able to
trace the criminal, as the details entered are
fictitious. So the security of a resident is a
concern here.
SOLUTION:
We replaced the visitor book with an android
application. Digital Gorkha brings a paperless
solution to make visitor registration more easy,
faster, secure and accurate. It verify mobile
number of first time visitor, capture his/her
image, get his/her required information and
send and confirmation SMS to
resident/recipient. Their data is instantly
uploaded on a server. Residents can view
visitor information with their check-in/check-
out time from their user dashboard.

3. According to a survey conducted by the "National Crime Record Bureau", more than 1,000
crime incidents are occurred on a regular basis in residential properties and housing
society. These incidents are identified as Laptop Robbery, Apartment Robbery, Murders,
etc. These incidents are identified in societies which are equipped with CCTV cameras and
