since close to the beginning when they
were known as Just Fabulous and I
decided to write an in depth review on
my experiences with them so far as well
as create a place where other JustFab
members can post their own reviews
about this unique service, good or bad. So if you have tried them out, post a
comment below and let us know the good, bad or ugly about your experience with
them!
This review is fairly detailed, so if you just want to read a summary, click here to go

Introduction
For those of you who may not really know what JustFab is all about, I will give you
a quick run down. When I talk about it to my friends I like to call it my “shoe of the
month club”. But really, it has since evolved into an overall fashion destination and
offers more than just shoes. But, the main draw to the site is still their shoes.
Upon becoming a member at the site, you get your very own personal stylist who
picks a selection of shoes and handbags out for each month. The selections are
actually based on your tastes. (How do they know your fashion tastes? I’ll explain
that below…) Even though they offer more than just shoes, I still mostly buy shoes
so I will mainly focus on that aspect during this review.
As I mentioned, you will receive selections each month from your stylist. You then
choose a pair that you like from these selections and they ship them to you for free.
If for some reason you end up not liking them or they don’t fit, you can send them
back for an exchange at no cost to you. Each pair of shoes costs only $39.95.
The whole idea and process is pretty straight forward… You do a quick survey that
asks you to choose between certain shoe styles, celebrity looks and asks a couple
of questions. Each month your personal shoe stylist will pick a selection of shoes
based on the answers that you provided during your quiz. I have been very happy
with the results and my selections are always usually pretty spot on. I am into
flashy, larger 3 inch plus heels and have been seeing quite a few of them come up
each month when my new selections arrive.
Now, if your stylist chooses shoes that you don’t particularly want to purchase, you
are not forced into buying anything. Even though it is a club they give you the
option of skipping the month, so you can opt-out if you don’t want to buy anything
and save the $39.95. However, if you are new to this site you need to realize that
if you don’t buy anything AND you forget to skip the month by the 6th of each
month, they will automatically charge you $39.95. This will turn into a credit that
you can use towards a purchase whenever you want.
You are not limited to the shoes that your stylist picks out for you. They are always
releasing special collections and have a shopping area that has hundreds of styles,
so there is definitely a wide variety of shoes to choose from.

Now that you know how the service works, the next part of our Just Fab review is
to take a look at the actual shoes themselves. I must admit, when I first signed up
I was a bit worried about the quality of shoes that I was going to recieve. But for
$40 I figured it was worth a shot. I am a shoe addict and my thinking was that if
there was a chance I could get some decent shoes at $40 a pop I would take a
chance and try it out to see what they were like first hand.
My first order arrived (The Jezzebel) and when I opened the box I was quite
impressed. They looked much better than the photo on the site and at first glance
they looked stunning and appeared to be of very good quality. The stitching looked
great and overall they looked like they really did not appear to be $40 shoes. In
fact, I wore them out that weekend and my friends were shocked at the price tag
when I told them I had only paid $40 for them.
But as you all know, looks aren’t everything when it comes to shoes. I am not the
type of girl who can walk around in uncomfortable shoes for any amount of time, so
I need something that I can actually wear and feel comfortable in for a long time.
This first pair I got have a pretty large 5 inch heel on them and they were still
pretty comfy to walk around.
As the months go on, it really seems like the quality of the JustFab shoes (and
handbags) I’ve ordered continues to get better and better. I’ve ordered at least
one new pair of shoes every couple of months and the materials and construction
are very, very impressive now. Color me one impressed, happy, shoe lovin’ gal!
They seem to be standing up to the test of time too. Jezzebel, which was my first
purchase still looks awesome today!

charged for the month. If you are worried about forgetting to opt-out for the
month, they now offer a pay-as-you-go option.
Great customer service: I haven’t had to use their customer service too
often, but in the times I did call I did not have to wait on hold and was
greeted by a very friendly voice on the other end. They were able to help me
with my exchange right away. They also offer 24/7 live support via telephone
which is awesome.
Review Summary
To conclude my Just Fab review I just want to say that I have been very happy with
my overall experience with this service since I became a member. The process is
quick and painless and their shoe stylists continue to choose awesome shoes for
me month after month. The quality of all the shoes I have received so far has been
top notch and you can’t beat their prices for brand new designer shoes! They are
very comparable to shoes I’ve bought in the past at department stores for 100+
dollars.
The price is amazing at $39.95 and the free shipping and free returns/exchanges
makes it that much better. No need to worry if an item doesn’t fit as you can
painlessly send it back for an exchange free of charge. The return process is super
easy too and the in handful of times I’ve had to use their 24/7 customer support
number I’ve been very pleased with the service provided.
I honestly can not think of one negative thing to say and I plan on staying a
member for quite some time.

TOTALLY AGREE! I’ve been a member for a few months now and am in love with the
whole idea of getting a fashion stylist to pick personalized shoe selections for a fair

ok, i am new to justfab.com but i love it so far!!! ill admit that i am a shoe addict and i
was blown away when i first heard of this idea from my friend. its cheap and a pretty
fun way to get some hot new styles each month. i get so excited at the end of the month
and its like christmas waiting for my new style picks to show up! lol

Been a FABshionita going on 5 months now and wanted to add my review to this site. I
have had great luck with JustFab.com and now have a number of super fab shoes that
are now in my collection thanks to this site.

heels I bought not fitting correctly. The straps kind of dug into my feet a bit which wasn’t
so nice. I kind of have narrower feet and get this problem with strappy shoes from time
to time so I suppose it is to be expected. But the customer support was great and I was
able to send them back to get a different pair at no extra charge which was pretty cool.
All in all I am very satisfied with everything and love that I can get these type of great
quality shoes at this kind of price.

I have countless shoes in my closet and jumped at the chance to add more with
justfabulous for a cheap price. Wasn’t sure what to expect but some the first two orders
have went great and are a couple of the more comfortable heels in my collection.
Shipping was very quick too… Overall well worth the price!

but I am not into the high fashion big heels very much and haven’t seen too much else

It could take a little while before you see something that you want to buy, so I’d
stick with it! But I do suppose that if you aren’t into heels as much or if you are
looking for more everyday type shoes that it might not be for you. Have you had a
chance to check out any of the handbags or jewelry yet?

Here is my JustFab.com review to add to the rest…
I became a member last August after seeing an ad for it mainly because of the
convenience factor. I’ve got 4 kids and don’t have time to shop or stay up to date with
the latest trends so I thought to give it a whirl. I wouldn’t consider myself a shoe addict
or anything but I like to be in style for the rare times that I do get out of the house!
I have ordered 4 pairs of shoes and 1 handbag over the course of the 2 months that I
have been a member. One pair I returned because once I got them I kind of realized I
probably wouldn’t wear them for anything. I liked them a lot but I once I got them I just
didn’t think I would find anywhere to wear them so I sent them back (the customer
service was great by the way). The other three are quite nice (my husband even noticed
them!) and I was very happy with the purchases.

my girlfriends into JF lovers too. I kind of wish I hadn’t though because we all like
similar styles and now its a battle over who gets to buy what shoe!

I have been a member for over a year and I have ordered atleast 6 ~7 pair of shoes
and 1 bag and I am in love with every pair and I will order more as they appear…I also
have called costumer service once and was very happy with the experience. I will be a
justfab customer for years to come!
