MDF Objects Available for Compensation, Variable Pay, and Total Compensation Plan Worksheets
• As a big addition to the previous version of EC integration, where the EC field list contained only EC HRIS elements, you can now use
Metadata Framework (MDF) custom objects as well in your compensation, variable pay, and Total Compensation Plan worksheets. (Admin

Import and Export non-EC Eligibility Rules
• With 1H 2020, you can now import and export non-EC eligibility rules to and from your Compensation, Variable Pay, and Total
Compensation Plan templates through Import and Export keys in the eligibility page of each plan. You can also modify the exported CSV
file if you want to keep some eligibility rules as is, but change some of them, and import into other plans. (Admin Opt-in)
Default Currency in Compensation, Variable Pay, and Total Compensation Plans
• Previously, the system set the default currency for all newly launched plans on the basis of the baseCurrencyView attribute in the template
XML file. However, the new release enables you to set the currency that the system uses as default when you launch compensation,
variable pay, and total compensation plans. (Universal)
Retirement of makeCustomDataReportable Flag in Compensation and Variable Pay Templates
• With the new release, you can no longer modify the makeCustomDataReportable flag in the Compensation and Variable Pay templates.
The system sets makeCustomDataReportable to False for all new templates. (Universal)
Hierarchy and Date Validations for Check Tool
• As a response to the configuration validation requirements from customers, Check Tool now has two additional validations it can execute:
One that reviews the Manager ID of each head of hierarchy in the compensation plan, and a second that ensures that you've formatted all
date fields within UDF dates correctly. (Universal)

Expanded Flexibility in Total Compensation Plans
• Previously, selecting both a compensation plan template and a variable pay template was mandatory, when you added a total
compensation plan template by copying existing templates. Now it is enabled to create total compensation plans by copying existing
templates with the option of selecting an existing Compensation template without also selecting a Variable Pay plan template. (Universal)
Offline Edit of Total Compensation Templates
• In an expansion of what was previously only available for Compensation Plan templates, you can now edit Salary and Stock tab
information for Total Compensation Plan templates offline in a spreadsheet, then import your updates to Executive Review. (Universal)

• With 1H 2020 release, it is possible to delete awards (except for points-based programs), irrespective of their status using the award IDs
