The document discusses the importance of setting goals to achieve long-term success. It states that successful people plan their success through clearly defined long-term visions and goals, which they work step-by-step towards achieving through shorter-term objectives. It emphasizes that goals should cover all aspects of one's life and be regularly reviewed to ensure one stays on track to realizing their desired big picture for themselves in the future. Objectives are meant to support the attainment of associated goals and both should be specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound.

1.
2. IS a desired result for a person or
system envisions, plans and commits to achieve
it, within a desired personal or
organizational end-point in some sort of
assumed development.
Therefore many people are endeavor to reach
their planned development point, within a
finite time by setting a deadlines.

4. Therefore, all the things that someone's
wanted or even just a dream eager to
achieve, whether in personal or professional
life is considered a goal Regardless it had
been achieved or not.
Some people might not considered some of
those things or dreams even goal, therefore
they never bother to achieve it.
5. If we tried to follow any successful people's life,
we will find all these people have one thing in
common, which is that they planned for this
success.
They never left anything unplanned or unstudied
carefully, to make sure that they will reach where
they hoped for.
At any time of their personal or professional lives
they always knew exactly where they were
heading.
And what will be their next destination in their life
plan.
They never lost in their life details or lost sight of
the big picture.
6. This is because Setting goals means having a
long-term vision for life and future.
This vision is the big picture, that's how you would
like to see yourself after 10 years for example.
And we wouldn't want to lose sight of this big
picture at any time of our life.
This big picture should be a complete covering
for professional , religious, and personal sides.
Normally no one can never develop just one side
of his life and leave other parts untouched.
7. This Vision has two very important benefits..
By setting a sharp and properly defined vision which
will enlighten the way through toughest times.
To be able to constantly hunt that Long term vision
until you can make it real.
Both of these, will make you recognizes
through time your ability and
competence in moving forward through
your goal steps , seeing the results of your
visions become gradually real.
8. This Vision should be primary concern
and destination of your life , therefore
you must study and review it several
times very carefully, any mistake will
misleads your direction, you will not
reach your desired destination
But first we need to see the
deference between Goals and
Objectives

picture we start dividing it into long term
Goals and to which when collecting its
parts it should go along with that big
picture.
