Increase outside ofthe Westmont border recruitment to have 250 Chamber members by December31, 2014Develop Fiscal Stability-Establish sound budget review procedures with abalanced plus approach. The Westmont Chamber—similar to most chambers—works on a lean budget. For many years, we have not had a reserve fund andone of my priorities is to establish a reserve fund that will grow to 10% of budgetover the next several years.Participation-Typically, one in four Chamber Members in our region (N.
