GDPGrowth-Establish specific membership goals for 2013-2014. Increase outside ofthe Westmont border recruitment to have 250 Chamber members by December31, 2014Develop Fiscal Stability-Establish sound budget review procedures with abalanced plus approach. The Westmont Chamber—similar to most chambers—works on a lean budget. For many years, we have not had a reserve fund andone of my priorities is to establish a reserve fund that will grow to 10% of budgetover the next several years.Participation-Typically, one in four Chamber Members in our region (N. IL) getactively engaged with their Chamber. Here in Westmont, we have a higherparticipation ratio of just over 1/3. Our goal is to increase this to 40-50% over thenext 2 years.
