We have covered a wide range of ages in our target audience research. This shows that
 our documentary will appeal to all the ages in our target audience-which is 16-25.

Our results are slightly biased towards females, however only by 2 points. This means
           we have covered both genders and so our results are still valid.

    Results show that the majority of people asked said they own 10-20 T-shirts.
 However, on the higher end of the scale, some people said that they owned 100 T-
shirts, but we think they may be exaggerating a little bit which is why we decided to
                              make the 50+ category.

Results show that the most popular things people like to have on their T-shirt were
Bands, Colour and Funny Images/Jokes. Therefore, they could be heavily featured in
                               the documentary.

 For the questionnaire and looking at the pie chart above, you will be able to
see that most people have said that they buy t-shirts on the high street. Due to
this when we come to doing the vox pop, we will carry it out on the high street
            as more people will be there to answer our questions.

We gathered a wide range of results asking what people find offensive
on t-shirts. A third of people have said they find swear words offensive.
   This makes it is the most popular answer which will mean we will
     mention the subject of offensive t-shirts in our documentary.

 Half of the people we asked have said that their t-shirts reflect their personality.
This reinforces the purpose of our documentary, as it proves many people wear t-
  shirts bases on what they think it says about them. Out other answers include
                   people’s likes and dislikes; i.e. favourite band.

We were given a wide range of answers regarding favourite colour. Blue was the most
 frequent response given with seven answers, however, many of the other answers
     have a similar number of responses meaning we can use any colours given.

A variety of answers were given for this question also. This means that we can use any
 of the music types given without alienating other fans of a different genre of music.
Nine people have said that they do not have a preference to any type of music making
                        our decision on what to include easier.
For this question we were given a
list of different bands and singers.
 This gives us an idea of the music
      that we could play in our
  documentary. Our answers are
     varied but a lot of them are
 popular musicians today so if we
       use them people will be
              interested.
This shows that our target audience
What TV Channels Do You Watch?
                                    is fragmented in terms of what
                                 channels they watch. It shows they
                                 are not loyal to a particular channel
                                   but will watch any TV show that
                                      they are interested in. If we
                                  advertise it properly our audience
                                     will watch it. This means that
                                   although BBC3 was not our most
                                       popular answer we can still
                                   broadcast on this channel as it is
                                 appropriate for our target audience
                                           and subject matter.

A third of people have said they find swear words offensive. This makes it is the most popular answer which will mean we will mention the subject of offensive t-shirts in our documentary.
  • 9. Do you buy t-shirts at events you attend? 8 Yes No 22 The majority of people have said that they buy merchandise at events they attend because they want to keep the memory of the event.

This reinforces the purpose of our documentary, as it proves many people wear t- shirts bases on what they think it says about them. Out other answers include people’s likes and dislikes; i.e. favourite band.

Blue was the most frequent response given with seven answers, however, many of the other answers have a similar number of responses meaning we can use any colours given.

This means that we can use any of the music types given without alienating other fans of a different genre of music. Nine people have said that they do not have a preference to any type of music making our decision on what to include easier.
  • 13. For this question we were given a list of different bands and singers. This gives us an idea of the music that we could play in our documentary. Our answers are varied but a lot of them are popular musicians today so if we use them people will be interested.
  • 14. This shows that our target audience What TV Channels Do You Watch? is fragmented in terms of what channels they watch. It shows they are not loyal to a particular channel but will watch any TV show that they are interested in. If we advertise it properly our audience will watch it. This means that although BBC3 was not our most popular answer we can still broadcast on this channel as it is appropriate for our target audience and subject matter.
