Pemilikan tidak langsung adalah investasi yang
memungkinkan investor untuk mengendalikan atau
mempengaruhi secara signifikan perusahaan lain tidak
melalui kepemilikan saham langsung, melainkan
melalui anak perusahaannya. Struktur indirect holding
terdiri dari dua macam yaitu struktur induk – anak -
cucu (Induk – Anak - Cucu) dan struktur afiliasi
terkoneksi (Afilitas Terikat)
