events, consistent with GRA’s educational goals.
• Leverage today’s electronic technology to reduce costs and
hopefully allow moderate profitability with lower registrations
than in-person events.
• Use phased approach to improve on the currently existing
structure.
• Learn from past successes in conference calls/GRA

primary issue is we live in a relatively dry region and have
mixed water sources, in terms of local control and seasonal
variability
