DO WE NEED SOME
MORE
INTELLIGENCE?
(INTELLIGENCE FOR
INTERNAL SECURITY)
Peace lies in the mind of a man/woman,
A universal truth,
And, it becomes true for all only when there is no peace
disturbing sensory input (stimulus) is in action.
Chapter 1: National security web.
1.1. Introduction to NSW.
Now,the time hascome withthe adventinscience andusage of science by the criminals to convert
the situationwhichisfavourable forthemandtolootthe entire nationif possibleunderthe coverof
various dresses. Because of this, now it is necessary to question ourselves with some of the
questions like, Do we need some more intelligence? Law; is it a boon to the criminals? And so on.
Create awareness about ‘bad’ and ‘its ill effects’ in the minds of common people, so that they not
even dream about the bad and identify the bad early thus create a good society and make the
society to escape from the ill effects of the bad.
National securitywebisthe organisationwith‘governmentandpeople’ partnership, can bring good
change in the society, where the people will develop fear to do bad, and will develop dare in
identifyingthe bad, early and will work in parallel to the present police and intelligence service in
maintaining the peace in the society.
1.2. National security web.
NSW isthe newbranch addedto the securitywebbythe people of the same place withthe police in
parallel to the present police and intelligence system. The new branch of people of the NSW will
workalongwithone group of presentpolice, andthe presentpolice will be getting the information
from NSW for better national security.
Everyindividual’slife isprecious.We don’tknow whoisgoingtobecome what.A personwho has an
intensiontoharmsomeone inthe societyisalwaysharmful tothe society, andif apersoninvolvesin
one criminal activity, thenitisthe beginning of hiscarrierand he will notbe able to come out of this
profession in his life time due to various reasons, and thus he will be the harmful person to this
societyforever.Earlyidentificationof suchpeople inthe societyismore importanttoprevent many
more harms to the society.Since the peopleof the same villagewillknow betterabout, such activity
intheirownvillage andthe people who get the benefits out of that criminal person and his web of
contacts in his activity better than the police, it is necessary to involve the young and energetic
people of the same village with good intelligence in the NSW to get the information’s early and
identifythe criminalactivitiesgoingoninthe village early and thus prevent its effect on the society
and the nation.
1.3. Psychology behind the criminal activity and its effects on the
individuals and the nation.
Everylivingorganisminthisworldloveshisbodyandmind, sothere isthe possibility that, no one is
goingto injure themselves. Suicide is a state of disease, and it is the height of depression, it is not
the state of health. No man with healthy mind will attempt suicide; instead, the healthy mind will
searchfor solutionstosolve the problem.Onlyanimalswithbigbrainwill thinkof suicide but notthe
animals with small brain.
People dyinglike ‘suicidebomber’maybe the peoplewho had extreme depression in their life and
they got the attachment with some of the bad people at some point. Those, bad people will make
use of thisdepressedbrain with some cause, they make them to believe in it, in a strong way, that
cause may be bad for the society, butthe goodsocietywill not present with this depressed mind to
make the correctionand thusthe bad group will succeedin brain washing the depressed mind, and
make themfeel like, whatevertheysayisthe right, thus, make thembadfor the societywiththe feel
of,theyare the revolutionaryof the societyortheyare the mostlawful peopleinthissociety, all will
do whatever his boss tells.
The person who inculcates all these in the minds of depressed, may be having healthy brain with
wrong concepts in mind or wanted to become rich in short time or wanted to become the kinglike
personinthe society, thushe will make use of the depressedpeople to make his work done, but he
will notbecome the suicide bomber, becausehe isnot depressed so he wanted to live and lead the
life in the way he thinks and wants.
The society and the nation is a mixture of good and bad people, where the majority of the people
are good, veryfeware bad and rarelythe people are verybad.Itis the verybad people;eventhough
they are rare in the society will be in the news all the time because of the harm they cause to the
society.
People doing good to the people and becoming the news is a tough job. The larger group of good
people will not come in to the picture in any form, because they lead the life in a simple way and
happywiththe income they get to lead the life or will not take risks to earn more income in illegal
ways, and theyare harmlessor neutral to the other people and to the society. The bad people may
do mistakeswhichmaybe injuriestothe society, butitisnot at the costof the life of the individuals.
The rare, verybad people are the oneswhocan doanything for his sake including, taking the life of
the person, he targets and most of the time the sufferers are the common innocent people.
The tragedyof one individualinthe family, mayaffectthe entire familyorthe nation in its own way.
If there is the death of an earning individual at an unexpected age then the entire family will not
have any foodto eatin the restof theirlife. If there isa death of the leader who loves the nation to
the maximum extent, then, that nation may lose it potency in progress or may not get the same
efficient leader in the future or the nation may reach the hand of some person who always thinks
about his personnel growth and loots the nation and makes the properties in his own name.
There are manyareas of securitiesthatwe need to thing, like security of the borders of the nation,
and the securityinside the nation(Internalsecurity).Ifeel whatever intelligence we have with us is
not sufficienttomanage the varietiesof evil people presentinthisnation, especiallythe evil people
who misuse the mindset of the common people, those evil people who uses the faith of the
commonpeople fortheirselfishness. The evil people may be making all sorts of mistakes under the
cover of ‘nice talk and pleasant appearance’, the common people thinks ‘whatever they see and
hear’ as the right in this world, thus, the evil people uses this as the advantage for their loot. They
use the faithof the people onthemtobrainwash the people andmake themfeel like, whatever life
the people are leading is not correct and to change the life to become happier by ‘wearing
misleading mask’ and in this way they play with the psychology of the people.
Too much of belief on the people who say ‘we live for the sake of the society’ in the name s of
religionorpoliticsororganisation make the people to suffer a lot. Lot of good work has been done
by many people in India and thus the nation has a good position in this world. But that does not
mean that, all the people in the same type of ‘dress or brands’ are good. People need to analyse
every word spoken by every individual, do not take the words as words, but analyse the reasons
behind that word. If we do not do it now, we will be completely sold to others without our
knowledge from the present situation of half sold to completely sold, the example may be ‘every
new born is coming to this nation with some loan on his head’. Do you thing a new born is the
individual who does the loan from the womb of the mother for his activity at birth, we need to
understand, it is the gift of some of the bad people presented to every child, that is born in this
nation by grabbing the money in the names of the projects and keeping the same in the
international banksfortheirlife. The evil people are sointelligent, they make the situation in such a
way that, even though they grab all the money and make every individual to have loan on their
head, still, nobodywill understand, how ithappens’ and if someone understands it, then he will be
no more.
1.4. Team of NSW.
The presentsystemof police willworkasitis, butthe numberof police stationswill decrease as the
number of villages decreases with better infra structure and detectives.
The extra wingthatwill addto the presentsystemisthe NSW of the VPA. Where twenty young and
energeticpeople, who were residing in the village from long time and having good opinion by the
people of the village willbe nominatedbythe every elected member of the VPA, thus we will have
teamof twentyeachone nominatedby one of the electedmember(one electedmemberof the VPA
will select one NSW member). They will be supported by the twenty police appointed by the
governmentwithsubinspectorlevel officertoguide the process.Theywill have anoffice away from
the regular police station in the VPA building near the office of the executive member for NSW
(Twelfth elected candidate in the series).
The main aim of this team is to listen to the people and identify the problem creating people and
handingthemtothe main police and the rest of the enquiry will be done by the regular police and
the court. Since the village people involve in the process of securing the nation, we may be able to
identify the problem creating people early and may be able to prevent the problem rather than
taking the action and investigation when once the damage has already occurred. These twenty
nominated people will be getting their share from the VPA as others get. They are also working in
the VPA in a different way to see that no one disturbs the normal functioning of the VPA.
1.5. Functions of NSW.
NSW team focuses on all types of securities inside the village. The various functions of the NSW
team are as follows:
1. Monitors every individual in the village, their activity, their contact, their body language.
Suspicious people will be monitored more.
2. Registerseveryindividual who visits the VPA with their PIN, he may be the Indian or foreigner.
3. If anyone is found in the village without the registry in the VPA limits he will be taken to the
custody and will be enquired.
4. Monitorseveryplantandtreesinside the VPA limit.Forexamplethe growth of the banned plant
like ‘Ganjaplant’,the numberandplace of the sandal woodtree,a missingsandal wood tree, illegal
cutting of the trees and so on.
5. Monitors the borders of the VPA.
6. Monitors every dispute in the village.
7. Monitors the entry and exit of the people, like:
a. Registersandmonitorthe people whogooutof the village andcomingback, withPIN,date, time
and reason for the same.
b. Registersandmonitorthe visitorswhocome tothe village andgoing out of the village, with PIN,
date, time and reason for the same.
c. Visitor’s vehicle coming and going out, with the people sitting inside the vehicle and their PIN,
date, time, and the reason for the same.
8. RCS water coming in and out of the VPA limit at various gates with flow, date and time.
9. RegisteringandmonitoringCondiments, grains, vegetable going out and coming in with vehicle
number, driver with his PIN, date and time.
10.Recording the tours and travels of the individual, family, group, their places of visit, date of
departure andarrival, andthe purpose.Intimatingthistoall the placesthroughthe web (NSW) with
programme number.
11.Monitoringandrecordingthe variouseventsatthe VPA,includingthe waythe workingmembers
spent their time at the working spot through videography.
12.Workingin association with the adjacent VPA NSW and giving and receiving the information on
regular and emergency basis.
13.Informing the district, state and the national NSW in necessary times for the needful.
14.Identifying the people passing time simply, through the videography and referring them to
president of the VPA for necessary advice.
15.Identifyingthe problemsearlyandthusavoiding the possible damage. For example a suspected
explosive at a public place, a damaged railway track and so on.
16.To record the wrong activities of the leaders of the VPA and to give to the leaders of the
opposition, to put them on notice board and in the magazine of the VPA.
17.NSW team in the VPA which forms the borders of the nation will also monitor the people
enteringfromthe borders, andtheywill alsolook in to the people who are present in the village in
order to identify unauthorised people in the VPA limit.
18.Phone trapping of the people under suspicion.
19.Registering the day to day plan for the village security, for suitable intelligence and security
services for the same. Register the leaders, officials, foreigners, guests visited to the VPA.
20.To maintain the web photos, thumb scanner, PIN scanner and so on at the entry, exit, and at
necessary points.
NSW teamwill notbe talkinganythingtothe people whoare sittinginside the vehicle.Theyholdthe
thumbscanner and the people sitting inside the vehicle will swipe their finger on the scanner and
the card. The computer will give the green signal to move. This is because all the programmes are
recorded in the VPA to which they belong and it will be updated all across the nation for the
programmes where the people from one VPA is going out of the VPA limits for any reasons. Thus,
the PIN with the programme will correspond as they enter different VPA territory. If it is not
correspondingthenthe police willinterrogatewiththe visitorsforinformation. With this we will be
able to avoid most of the crimes.

S3c1 chapter 1-national security web.

  • 1. Contentsof Section3: Do we needsome more intelligence? (Intelligence forinternal security). Chapter1-National securityweb. 1.1-IntroductiontoNSW. 1.2-National securityweb. 1.3-Psychologybehindthe criminal activityanditseffectsonthe individualsandthe nation. 1.4-Team of NSW. 1.5-Functionsof NSW. Views to make this ‘World’ developed and this ‘Earth’ as the lovely place for every ‘Human’. SECTION 3 DO WE NEED SOME MORE INTELLIGENCE? (INTELLIGENCE FOR INTERNAL SECURITY) Peace lies in the mind of a man/woman, A universal truth, And, it becomes true for all only when there is no peace disturbing sensory input (stimulus) is in action. Chapter 1: National security web. 1.1. Introduction to NSW. Now,the time hascome withthe adventinscience andusage of science by the criminals to convert the situationwhichisfavourable forthemandtolootthe entire nationif possibleunderthe coverof
  • 2. various dresses. Because of this, now it is necessary to question ourselves with some of the questions like, Do we need some more intelligence? Law; is it a boon to the criminals? And so on. Create awareness about ‘bad’ and ‘its ill effects’ in the minds of common people, so that they not even dream about the bad and identify the bad early thus create a good society and make the society to escape from the ill effects of the bad. National securitywebisthe organisationwith‘governmentandpeople’ partnership, can bring good change in the society, where the people will develop fear to do bad, and will develop dare in identifyingthe bad, early and will work in parallel to the present police and intelligence service in maintaining the peace in the society. 1.2. National security web. NSW isthe newbranch addedto the securitywebbythe people of the same place withthe police in parallel to the present police and intelligence system. The new branch of people of the NSW will workalongwithone group of presentpolice, andthe presentpolice will be getting the information from NSW for better national security. Everyindividual’slife isprecious. We don’tknow whoisgoingtobecome what.A personwho has an intensiontoharmsomeone inthe societyisalwaysharmful tothe society, andif apersoninvolvesin one criminal activity, thenitisthe beginning of hiscarrierand he will notbe able to come out of this profession in his life time due to various reasons, and thus he will be the harmful person to this societyforever.Earlyidentificationof suchpeople inthe societyismore importanttoprevent many more harms to the society.Since the peopleof the same villagewillknow betterabout, such activity intheirownvillage andthe people who get the benefits out of that criminal person and his web of contacts in his activity better than the police, it is necessary to involve the young and energetic people of the same village with good intelligence in the NSW to get the information’s early and identifythe criminalactivitiesgoingoninthe village early and thus prevent its effect on the society and the nation. 1.3. Psychology behind the criminal activity and its effects on the individuals and the nation. Everylivingorganisminthisworldloveshisbodyandmind, sothere isthe possibility that, no one is goingto injure themselves. Suicide is a state of disease, and it is the height of depression, it is not the state of health. No man with healthy mind will attempt suicide; instead, the healthy mind will searchfor solutionstosolve the problem.Onlyanimalswithbigbrainwill thinkof suicide but notthe animals with small brain. People dyinglike ‘suicidebomber’maybe the peoplewho had extreme depression in their life and they got the attachment with some of the bad people at some point. Those, bad people will make use of thisdepressedbrain with some cause, they make them to believe in it, in a strong way, that cause may be bad for the society, butthe goodsocietywill not present with this depressed mind to
  • 3. make the correctionand thusthe bad group will succeedin brain washing the depressed mind, and make themfeel like, whatevertheysayisthe right, thus, make thembadfor the societywiththe feel of,theyare the revolutionaryof the societyortheyare the mostlawful peopleinthissociety, all will do whatever his boss tells. The person who inculcates all these in the minds of depressed, may be having healthy brain with wrong concepts in mind or wanted to become rich in short time or wanted to become the kinglike personinthe society, thushe will make use of the depressedpeople to make his work done, but he will notbecome the suicide bomber, becausehe isnot depressed so he wanted to live and lead the life in the way he thinks and wants. The society and the nation is a mixture of good and bad people, where the majority of the people are good, veryfeware bad and rarelythe people are verybad.Itis the verybad people;eventhough they are rare in the society will be in the news all the time because of the harm they cause to the society. People doing good to the people and becoming the news is a tough job. The larger group of good people will not come in to the picture in any form, because they lead the life in a simple way and happywiththe income they get to lead the life or will not take risks to earn more income in illegal ways, and theyare harmlessor neutral to the other people and to the society. The bad people may do mistakeswhichmaybe injuriestothe society, butitisnot at the costof the life of the individuals. The rare, verybad people are the oneswhocan doanything for his sake including, taking the life of the person, he targets and most of the time the sufferers are the common innocent people. The tragedyof one individualinthe family, mayaffectthe entire familyorthe nation in its own way. If there is the death of an earning individual at an unexpected age then the entire family will not have any foodto eatin the restof theirlife. If there isa death of the leader who loves the nation to the maximum extent, then, that nation may lose it potency in progress or may not get the same efficient leader in the future or the nation may reach the hand of some person who always thinks about his personnel growth and loots the nation and makes the properties in his own name. There are manyareas of securitiesthatwe need to thing, like security of the borders of the nation, and the securityinside the nation(Internalsecurity).Ifeel whatever intelligence we have with us is not sufficienttomanage the varietiesof evil people presentinthisnation, especiallythe evil people who misuse the mindset of the common people, those evil people who uses the faith of the commonpeople fortheirselfishness. The evil people may be making all sorts of mistakes under the cover of ‘nice talk and pleasant appearance’, the common people thinks ‘whatever they see and hear’ as the right in this world, thus, the evil people uses this as the advantage for their loot. They use the faithof the people onthemtobrainwash the people andmake themfeel like, whatever life the people are leading is not correct and to change the life to become happier by ‘wearing misleading mask’ and in this way they play with the psychology of the people. Too much of belief on the people who say ‘we live for the sake of the society’ in the name s of religionorpoliticsororganisation make the people to suffer a lot. Lot of good work has been done by many people in India and thus the nation has a good position in this world. But that does not mean that, all the people in the same type of ‘dress or brands’ are good. People need to analyse every word spoken by every individual, do not take the words as words, but analyse the reasons
  • 4. behind that word. If we do not do it now, we will be completely sold to others without our knowledge from the present situation of half sold to completely sold, the example may be ‘every new born is coming to this nation with some loan on his head’. Do you thing a new born is the individual who does the loan from the womb of the mother for his activity at birth, we need to understand, it is the gift of some of the bad people presented to every child, that is born in this nation by grabbing the money in the names of the projects and keeping the same in the international banksfortheirlife. The evil people are sointelligent, they make the situation in such a way that, even though they grab all the money and make every individual to have loan on their head, still, nobodywill understand, how ithappens’ and if someone understands it, then he will be no more. 1.4. Team of NSW. The presentsystemof police willworkasitis, butthe numberof police stationswill decrease as the number of villages decreases with better infra structure and detectives. The extra wingthatwill addto the presentsystemisthe NSW of the VPA. Where twenty young and energeticpeople, who were residing in the village from long time and having good opinion by the people of the village willbe nominatedbythe every elected member of the VPA, thus we will have teamof twentyeachone nominatedby one of the electedmember(one electedmemberof the VPA will select one NSW member). They will be supported by the twenty police appointed by the governmentwithsubinspectorlevel officertoguide the process.Theywill have anoffice away from the regular police station in the VPA building near the office of the executive member for NSW (Twelfth elected candidate in the series). The main aim of this team is to listen to the people and identify the problem creating people and handingthemtothe main police and the rest of the enquiry will be done by the regular police and the court. Since the village people involve in the process of securing the nation, we may be able to identify the problem creating people early and may be able to prevent the problem rather than taking the action and investigation when once the damage has already occurred. These twenty nominated people will be getting their share from the VPA as others get. They are also working in the VPA in a different way to see that no one disturbs the normal functioning of the VPA. 1.5. Functions of NSW. NSW team focuses on all types of securities inside the village. The various functions of the NSW team are as follows: 1. Monitors every individual in the village, their activity, their contact, their body language. Suspicious people will be monitored more. 2. Registerseveryindividual who visits the VPA with their PIN, he may be the Indian or foreigner. 3. If anyone is found in the village without the registry in the VPA limits he will be taken to the custody and will be enquired.
  • 5. 4. Monitorseveryplantandtreesinside the VPA limit.Forexamplethe growth of the banned plant like ‘Ganjaplant’,the numberandplace of the sandal woodtree,a missingsandal wood tree, illegal cutting of the trees and so on. 5. Monitors the borders of the VPA. 6. Monitors every dispute in the village. 7. Monitors the entry and exit of the people, like: a. Registersandmonitorthe people whogooutof the village andcomingback, withPIN,date, time and reason for the same. b. Registersandmonitorthe visitorswhocome tothe village andgoing out of the village, with PIN, date, time and reason for the same. c. Visitor’s vehicle coming and going out, with the people sitting inside the vehicle and their PIN, date, time, and the reason for the same. 8. RCS water coming in and out of the VPA limit at various gates with flow, date and time. 9. RegisteringandmonitoringCondiments, grains, vegetable going out and coming in with vehicle number, driver with his PIN, date and time. 10.Recording the tours and travels of the individual, family, group, their places of visit, date of departure andarrival, andthe purpose.Intimatingthistoall the placesthroughthe web (NSW) with programme number. 11.Monitoringandrecordingthe variouseventsatthe VPA,includingthe waythe workingmembers spent their time at the working spot through videography. 12.Workingin association with the adjacent VPA NSW and giving and receiving the information on regular and emergency basis. 13.Informing the district, state and the national NSW in necessary times for the needful. 14.Identifying the people passing time simply, through the videography and referring them to president of the VPA for necessary advice. 15.Identifyingthe problemsearlyandthusavoiding the possible damage. For example a suspected explosive at a public place, a damaged railway track and so on. 16.To record the wrong activities of the leaders of the VPA and to give to the leaders of the opposition, to put them on notice board and in the magazine of the VPA. 17.NSW team in the VPA which forms the borders of the nation will also monitor the people enteringfromthe borders, andtheywill alsolook in to the people who are present in the village in order to identify unauthorised people in the VPA limit. 18.Phone trapping of the people under suspicion. 19.Registering the day to day plan for the village security, for suitable intelligence and security services for the same. Register the leaders, officials, foreigners, guests visited to the VPA. 20.To maintain the web photos, thumb scanner, PIN scanner and so on at the entry, exit, and at necessary points. NSW teamwill notbe talkinganythingtothe people whoare sittinginside the vehicle.Theyholdthe thumbscanner and the people sitting inside the vehicle will swipe their finger on the scanner and the card. The computer will give the green signal to move. This is because all the programmes are recorded in the VPA to which they belong and it will be updated all across the nation for the programmes where the people from one VPA is going out of the VPA limits for any reasons. Thus, the PIN with the programme will correspond as they enter different VPA territory. If it is not
  • 6. correspondingthenthe police willinterrogatewiththe visitorsforinformation. With this we will be able to avoid most of the crimes.
