It was important for us to make training accessible at a time when it’s convenient for our customers, and we wanted to ensure that the LMS we chose was easy to use and navigate for the customer; it also had to fit in with our current branding. We also needed to be able to track the progress of our trainees, and see who had completed which modules, and whether they had taken (and passed!) the assessments. Compatibility with our content authoring systems was also a big consideration for us – we wanted the ability to upload a variety of different types of content quickly, and without having to modify the LMS. The content of the training materials can change with each new release of the software, so it’s important for us to be able to keep everything up to date without having to worry about issues with uploading content. Another consideration for us is the security of our materials online; having materials located behind a login was a priority for us, to ensure that only authorized users could access our content.
  • 3. Solution We have had positive feedback from many of our customers; they love the combination of audio, video and written content, and the ‘on demand’ nature of the training materials. Many have also requested access for their colleagues, so it’s great that we are able to spread product knowledge throughout the companies we work with. As a company, we are able to easily share knowledge and reports produced by the LMS; it’s great to be able to get hold of this information to easily, and certainly makes the overall management of training activities more manageable. To contact Docebo, please visit: www.docebo.com BLOXX Case Study Our customers are now able to access their training materials at a time and place which suits them; this means they can dip into particular topics which interest them, or take entire modules whenever they can fit in the time. This also means that we are able to accommodate our customers who are working in different time zones across the world. We can now easily see which of our customers are making the best use of the materials; it’s really useful to be able to report on particular courses, users, and to really get the information we need on the activity within the LMS. Docebo allows us to upload content quickly and simply; this means that it’s straightforward to make a change to materials when necessary. The easy process for adding new users, and generating a welcome email with their login credentials, gives us peace of mind that only authorized users are able to access content. We are also able to control which users access which modules, giving us even more flexibility.
