• Manage day to day production of custom products. Includes overseeing the production
process and supervising and training culturally diverse staff of 30 employees.
• Manage product standards and quality-control programs across a full range of custom
products.
• Cut the production time for setting up machines to half of the time.
• Responsible for open and close of plant from pre-production review to set up of next day
workflow.
• Fabricate large and small parts per drawing/specification and assembled parts as required for
client prototypes.
• Coordinate procedures for facility and equipment maintenance or modification, including the
upkeep and replacement of machines. Through continuing education, train on new machines
in order to manage personnel at all levels of production.
