Chairman and founder
A professional journalist since 1989, Auro is one of Italy’s most expert communications professionals, with his extensive
knowledge of the world of the media and its methods, and of companies, thanks to his experience as a journalist,
corporate communicator, communications consultant, entrepreneur and consistently a leading player in the market.
He is one of the few professionals in Italy to have experienced how communications works from every angle: in the world
of the media as a financial journalist for Italia Oggi, Il Giornale, Il Messaggero (as financial editor), as deviser of formats
and presenter for Class-CNBC TV and Canale Italia; in the world of business and finance in the role of Communications
Director for 21 Investimenti and Netsystem; in the world of consultancy, as Vice President and General Manager of

Account Director
With Community since 2010, Cicchini has solid experience in large scale, corporate and financial
communications, having worked on over 20 IPOs, 40 M&A operations and investor and media
relations projects for 80 quoted companies. He has also worked on internal communications and
union relations as part of M&A operations and corporate restructurings, as well as on issue
management and crisis management projects for Italian and multinational companies regarding
subjects such as workplace health and safety, consumer health, drugs in sport, production
offshoring and product recall campaigns.
He also worked in designing and implementing communication strategies for companies in the
