6. EXPERIENCE
¢ UNIGRAF was established in 1992 as a production company dedicated for
the development and execution of marketing campaigns’ tools; from
consultancy, to branding, and in-store displays.
¢ Our 20 plus years of experience in a wide range of production materials
with several multinational clients has enabled us to provide them with
turnkey solutions and complete in-house services covering the entire
project from A to Z.
¢ We aim to find the best balance between cost effectiveness and image for
the display, utilizing the different raw materials at hand.

7. PRODUCTION FACILITIES / BUSINESS DIVISIONS
¢ We currently have five specialized divisions occupying a facility of
3,600m2 in Dubai Investments Park. These divisions collectively produce
displays, exhibition stands, mall podiums, complete digital printed
branding among other special projects. This facility employs a team of 70
personnel and is dedicated for the GCC region requirements.
¢ In addition to the production capabilities above, we offer our clients full
storage facilities; this adds value to the production and installation
services, providing a complete comprehensive project solution.

8. PRODUCTION FACILITIES / BUSINESS DIVISIONS
¢ We also handle the production requirements for events, launches, and
activations using our in-house capabilities and expertise. This is enhanced
by our digital printing division and fast turnaround response time.
¢ We have created a dedicated operations team handling all projects at
hand, communicating with our clients to manage all the job details from
production requirements, artworks, installation details / dates,
dismantling, and storage.

9. UNIGRAF OFFICES
We are located in the DIP in 9 warehouses across an area of 3,600 m2 with full production facilities for
Displays, Mall Podiums, Branding, and other specialized projects within the field.

10. OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT
Our operations
team handles
all running
jobs, with
complete
monitoring of
artworks,
installation
and
dismantling
schedules,
project
drawings and
details.

11. FINANCE DEPARTMENT
Our finance
department
will insure
that all the
paperwork is
sorted out
including
delivery forms
and invoices
with tracking
references for
every job to
facilitate the
accounting
process with
your firm.

12. DESIGN DEPARTMENT
Our design
operators will
filter all
incoming
artworks and
files for
screening of
quality and
usability
before
transferring to
the operations
team.

13. WOOD DIVISION
Our wood fabrication division includes circular cutters, full system finishing machines and others.

We currently
have 2 CNC
machines, one
is a full 3D
engraving and
cutting unit
with 6 head
auto tool
change and
iCut cutting
and creasing
system.

15. LASER CUTTING
We have 4 laser machines for acrylic and wood cutting for precision jobs, we are able to laser cut objects
up to 1.5 x 3m in size.
These machines are also used for cutting acrylic logos in thicknesses up to 25mm.

16. PAINT DIVISION
Our spray booth is Italian made with double filtration on the intake and exhaust for superior quality
product finishes.

17. FINISHING DIVISION
Our assembly and acrylic area finalizes lighting and acrylic details for the stands awaiting final
graphics and logo applications.

18. PRINTING DIVISION
We have a full printing capability for large format and high resolution outputs using 5m & 3.2m wide
machines for the outdoor prints, including high resolution machines and eco friendly latex printing for
the indoor and duratrance prints.

19. FINISHING DIVISION
Our finishing area includes banner welding machines in addition to SEAL Pro heat laminators for
application of the high resolution prints to different substrates.

20. STEEL DIVISION
Our in-house steel division produces supports and
elements required for the displays. This includes steel,
aluminum, and stainless steel welding and finishing
including cutting, bending, and spot welding machines.

21. LOCATION & FUTURE PLANS
¢ Short term plans:
— We are currently implementing a computerized system to monitor the
production costs and increase the efficiency of the operation through automated
traffic management and status feedback.
— We are concentrating on the use of recycled materials for displays, materials like
corrugated board that would reduce the cost of the units and increase the
recyclability of these units. We are working with special design software to
enhance the ease of assembly, durability, image, and practicality of these
displays.
¢ Long term plans:
— We are working on the ISO and OHSAS certification (Occupational Health &
Safety Advisory Services).
