Select a file to drag and drop into MaxxFolder. A pop up screen will allow user to select Folder storage location in MaxxVault and also allow uses to input key index vaules.
Users can search directly from within Outlook for key documents stored in the MaxxVault Document Repository. No need to level Outlook to gain access to your key documents.

MaxxVault supports unlimited index fields per form. Industry average for an index form is between 5-7 fields.
A document file name can be parsed out into several key index fields. A great solution for importing and indexing an existing large electronic file store.
MaxxVault can read up to 5 different barcodes per page. The barcode information can be used for indexing. Once a barcode is read correctly and placed in an index field MaxxVault could perform a database lookup to your line of business application to fill in the remaining fields.
In this example a user can input manually the Patient ID and then MaxxVault can take over and automatically populated the rest of the fields from the client EMR database.
MaxxVault has a pop-up window for easy access to the documents index information, notes, versions and linked/related documents.
