So you’ve just started your new home business and you’re ready to live the lifestyle you
deserve. Maybe you’re selling a new product in the market place, or maybe you’re

Have you ever stuck to something long-term that wasn’t fun and that you just hated
doing? Chances are you answered “NO” to that question… and chances are, you
probably won’t stick to your business for the long haul if you were miserable working it.
Remember, you have to have fun, and enjoy the process. That’s not to say that
everything will always be roses and you won’t have challenges that pop up here and
there. But through it all, you have to make it a priority to enjoy yourself. If you hate what
you’re doing, how can you possibly recruit someone else to do what you’re doing? Keep
in mind, that people (more than anything else) want to be recruited into a lifestyle of fun
and freedom. I know this might sound weird, but your service or product has very little to
do with people wanting to work with you. The real reason is people want what you have,
which is a lifestyle of fun and fulfillment.
Success Tip #2 – Be The Type Of Person You Want To Recruit Into Your Business
John C. Maxwell always says, “You recruit who you are, now what you want.” Let that
sink in for a minute… Think about it, do you really think you can recruit hard-working,
self-motivated superstars if you are a lazy ass? Do you really think you can get people to
sell out to your product or service, when you don’t even use it or believe in it?
Make no mistake about it… if you want motivated people on your team, you have to be
the most motivated person of all since you recruit who you are, not who you want. If you
want producers on your team, you must be the top producer in your entire business and
lead by example. Not forever. But for a period of time (around 2-3 years) so you can
create the momentum needed to take your business into orbit. Be the Master Copy

3. Success Tip #3 – Accept That You Must Work The Law Of Large Numbers
Now, I’m not saying you have to treat people like a number. Nor am I saying that you
should “throw stuff against the wall, and see what sticks”. You have to treat everyone
with respect, and you should strive to make everyone feel good, because you never
know who they can bring to the table, or what they will do (some producers are late
bloomers). But just know right now that not everyone will win, and not everyone will
make big money. And it’s OK. It’s not your fault. You can’t control other people’s desires
and work ethic. Don’t take it personal, and just get someone else. Remember, there are
BILLIONS of people on the planet, it’s not the end of the world if your two guys quit or
aren’t producing.
The key is to recruit in bunches and have the Law of Large Numbers work for you,
instead of against you. Here’s what I mean by this: Statistics show that 8 out of 10
distributors won’t go on to produce big numbers long-term. Maybe some will do a little bit
in the beginning, and maybe some will just be happy product consumers. But most won’t
go on to make 20,000/month in your business. Now if you just sponsor 1 or 2 people a
month into your business, you’re probably not going to find the superstars you need. But
if you go out and recruit 10+ people a month into your business, you’re going to start
stacking the deck in your favor that you’ll find superstars since at least 1-2 out of the 10
will go on to produce. What if you and your team starting recruiting 100+ people a
month? Can you see how you can increase your chances of success by working the
numbers? If you simply accept that success in this Industry is all about working the
numbers, you can win big in whatever company in you’re in.

work…” and quit. Creating a 10,000+ monthly income takes time. There’s a learning
curve you have to go through. Understand that Network Marketing is a profession. And
to be a professional, you have to take time to learn your craft and more importantly get
experience.
Here’s the cool part: It may take you 2-3 years to crack the 10,000/month mark, but it
may just take you 3-6 months to crack the 20,000/month mark. Why? Because you’re
