commissioned Azea to design and implement an evaluation of its rescue procedures in a real,
live situation.
The main objectives included testing the quality of emergency procedures and the evaluation of
job roles on site, from maintenance staff to project managers.

Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions - one of the UK's leading utility
solutions providers, commissioned Azea to design and
implement an evaluation of its rescue procedures in a real, live
situation.
The main objectives included testing the quality of emergency
procedures and the evaluation of job roles on site, from
maintenance staff to project managers.
The project was specifically aimed at evaluating multiple
incidents and the companies Tower Rescue procedures.

4. Project Challenges:
Azea designed a full evaluation programme by analysing the
current training methods, work permits and method
statements.
Professional actors were used for the first aid situations and a
film crew was present to capture the events of this bespoke
package, which was tailored to meet the precise needs of
everyone involved.
The video is now used as part of the companies training
package for all wires, transmission and overhead lines
employees.
