- Our core business is Certifications and we have launched a unique mark called the GC Mark – Global Conformance Mark wholly owned by UL DQS. We shall speak more about it in the coming slides In addition to the certification and with the knowledge gathered over the years, we also offer non certification services under our Knowledge Solutions umbrella, which covers Trainings, Assessments and Audits
- We have been pioneers Globally and within India and some of our achievements are as shown. Within India we have the largest market share in Aerospace and Telecom certifications. For ESD we have the largest bank of auditors and much more.

- As indicated earlier, we are keen to share the knowledge and information as gathered over the years by our auditors and assessors with the industry. In view of this we provide various training programs – in house and public; we conduct specific assessments tailored to meet the requirements of the customers against any available standard or the organisations’ in-house requirements. Supplier or vendor assessments are gaining popularity. We partner with our customers in rating the suppliers as a part of the supplier development program to help them take informed decisions Safety is critical to any organisation. We provide complete safety assessments covering Process Safety Management – PSM, Behaviour Based Safety – BBS, assessments to IS 14489, which is an Indian Safety Evaluation standard and much more
- We also support organisations in various facilitation services against any standard, however keeping in mind we do not compromise on conflict of interest Brand Image assessments is for customer facing retail outlets Benchmarking for our customers is another service offering. This can be within ie Intra-organisation or against any international benchmarks Energy is scarce and the costs are going up day on day. We have senior energy auditors who can conduct in-depth and detailed energy audits and identify areas and scope of improvement as well as direct savings
- Based on the numerous interactions we have had with our customers, ongoing training for their employees came as a big challenge for the customers. Hence we devised a unique program called Managed Training Solutions (MTS) to work closely and on a long-term basis with our customers to help them develop the competency of their work force. The idea is to take away the pains of the customers in managing various resources for providing training and also evaluate the competency of the employees. We work closely with the various departments in identifying the training needs, planning the calendar on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis and deliver the programs accordingly
- These are some of our flagship programs however there is much more we do including customising deliveries to the requirements of our clients
- Trust is the most valuable asset between any organisation and its customers. GC Mark addresses this very sensitive and important aspect of the relationship. This mark is wholly owned by UL DQS and controlled out of our Germany Head quarters
- Today our customers are more demanding and a step ahead of us. To satisfy them and to exceed their expectations, GC Mark can play a big role in the same. With GC Mark we can go beyond our basic Management Systems and address very specific areas and needs; some of these could be Customer Satisfaction, Hygiene in your canteen or your premises, safety, green initiatives, safe transactions, quality product and much more
- Another benefit of GC Mark program is that from a B – to – B Transaction under the management systems, it brings the organisation closer to the end customer ie connect from B-B-C
- There are 3 routes to the GC Mark and it could be a combination of any of these. Product Confirmation deals with the product quality requirements, where we verify the product specifications and claims and upon successful validation we can issue the GC Mark for the product quality Certain pre-shipment or during process inspections can also be covered under the GC Mark System certification is a large domain wherein we can cover a vast majority of assessments in various areas in any organisation to certify their commitment to Quality, Excellence, Health and Safety.
