We apply a simple matrix
You pay a rental for use of the system with increments for additional users and
modules
And add the cost of the time we expect to spend on your work each month, this can
be anything from half a day per month, to a couple of hours every day
We invoice you on the first of the month for the current month’s service which is
payable on the fourteenth of the month, and the time spent is reviewed
periodically to make sure that you are on the correct monthly service level.
