Introduction of Company
• The company was founded as Kentucky Fried Chicken by Colonel Harland
sunders in 1952, through the idea of KFC fried chicken actually goes back to
1930. is a chain of fast food restaurants based in united states. KFC has been a
brand and primary sells chicken pieces, wraps, salad and sandwiches
• KFC has more than 11000 restaurants in more than 80 countries around the
world.
The first KFC restaurant, situated in South
Salt Lake, Utah and since replaced by a new
KFC on the same site

• To sell food in a fast, friendly environment that appeals to pride
conscious, health minded consumers

To be the leading integrated food services group in the Asia pacific region based on
consistent quality products and exceptional customer-focused services

• Employees have clear understanding with expectations.
• Award and bonus salary for ensuring performance.

What is Performance
Management
• Performance management is a process by which managers and employees
work together to plan, monitor and review an employee’s work objectives
and overall contribution to the organization. More than just an annual
performance review, performance management is the continuous process (of
setting objectives, assessing progress and providing on-going coaching and feedback) to ensure that
employees are meeting their objectives and career goals.
• Two Methods of evaluating the PM system.
1. 360 Degree feedback
2.My Growth body
360 Degree
feedback
• 360 Degree feedback is a system or process in which employee receive
confidential, anonymous feedback from the people who work around
them.This typically includes the employees manager, peers and direct
reports.
• Criteria
 Form of questions with rating scale
Questions about staff behavior towards employees
• Managers and employees of KFC use 360 Degree feedback to get
better understanding of their strengths and weakness
How 360 Feedback
Used
• KFC uses 360 feedback system in two ways
360 feedback as a departmental tools to help employees recognize and
weakness and become more effective
Gives people an opportunities to provide anonymous feedback to a coworker that they might
uncomfortable giving
KFC also uses 360 feedback system as a Performance AppraisalTool to
measure employee performance.

My Growth Body
• This scale was introduced by HR department of KFC in 2000-01
• Used to measure the Performance of their employees.
• Rank their employees as a good performer or a bad Performer
• KFC also reward their employees in terms of their promotion, incentive payoff
free meals depending on the level of the employee and how much they perform
their job well
• KFC gives financial bounces on the basis of “MY growth Body” if a person has 5
points he/she get benefits.

My Growth Body • This scale was introduced by HR department of KFC in 2000-01 • Used to measure the Performance of their employees. • Rank their employees as a good performer or a bad Performer • KFC also reward their employees in terms of their promotion, incentive payoff free meals depending on the level of the employee and how much they perform their job well • KFC gives financial bounces on the basis of “MY growth Body” if a person has 5 points he/she get benefits.
