Management
• Performance management is a process by which managers and employees
work together to plan, monitor and review an employee’s work objectives
and overall contribution to the organization. More than just an annual
performance review, performance management is the continuous process (of

• This scale was introduced by HR department of KFC in 2000-01
• Used to measure the Performance of their employees.
• Rank their employees as a good performer or a bad Performer
• KFC also reward their employees in terms of their promotion, incentive payoff
free meals depending on the level of the employee and how much they perform
their job well
• KFC gives financial bounces on the basis of “MY growth Body” if a person has 5
points he/she get benefits.
