2. WP 2.1. Need Analysis and
Conceptualization of EAN associations
 2 brainstorms (February, 2015 and June, 2016) – pictures

 Survey of the Association members on the results of KROK UAA activities concerning the future
priorities

3. WP 2.2. Strategy for attractive activities for
each EAN
 In accordance with the changes in legislation the new version of the statute of the Association was
approved
 The objective and tasks are broadened
 Submission of the documents to the tax agency in order to be introduced to the register of the NGOs is
the next step
 Now this is the priority!
 The statute envisages the possibility to do entrepreneurship activities, that can broaden our
opportunities!
 All current events are organized according to the plan
 New tradition: annual festival-meeting of the Alumni of KROK University

6. WP 2.5. Selection and establishment of
benefits for EAN members
The number of addresses to the Association and involvement of
the new members confirm those benefits that the unification,
provided on the basis of the university, is familiar to many
alumni – the “old” ones and future ones, that are yet the
students

7. WP 3.1. Building and Updating an EAN
Database

Absence of the ONE platform for the communication
makes networking among the alumni of different HEIs, and what is more countries, difficult. 
Our database is kept in *.xls
For the convenience it is uploaded on google drive.
The protection of the personal data is discussed with all alumni.

11. WP 3.5. Documentation of users per day
and activities on the platform
During the whole period of the project implementation, the alumni
participated in about 150 events for more than 2 200 people.
Mainly these are the events, organized for the alumni of KROK UAA, and also
different trainings, workshops and excursions that were organized for the
students of KROK on the request of the Association or the Centre of Career
Development.
Uncomplete table with the names of the events, indicated number of the
participants and links on the pages and photo and video reports in the social
networks and on the website of the Association are uploaded on Google
Drive
Besides the alumni supported the charity
projects, and also organized leisure
acitivites

12. WP 5.2. Organizing 2 international Highlight
events (ASEM, ISU)

of the business incubators – we plan to acquire the

21. WP 7.1. Sustainability concept for each EAN
association
 In development
(Sustainability concept is
being adjusted following

Association, which was
registered on December
6, 2016)

22. WP 7.2. Development of fundraising
structure and adjustment to legal framework
 In the new version of the Statute we provided possibility to create an endowment for
“KROK” University
 Currently the Association’s sources of income include:
- membership fees;
- donations from alumni;
- income from events

23. WP 7.5. Establishment of new exchange
programs among the participating HEI
Cooperation has been established outside the project (but because of it) between KROK
and KhNADU - the joint participation in the organization of the round table in the
framework of UNESCO's program;
During meeting in KROK Sergy Tutunaru (ASEM) was invited to be a lecturer (by distance)
for our IT-students.
