This document provides information about a book cover redesign project titled "Easy Meals in Minutes". The original source material and contemporary cookbook designs were researched. The target audience is cooking enthusiasts and homemakers ages 25-55 as well as college students ages 18-26. The solution focused on featuring food visually in a simple design to suggest easy and quick meal preparation without complex content. Conceptual sketches and the finished redesigned book cover are shown.

Concept:
Re-create the book cover to the original Meals in
Minutes cookbook by bringing new, contemporary
visual life to it.
Solutions:
Focus on food and the simplistic design approach
utilized in creating the layouts for the redesign– such
simplicity suggests easy and quick meal preparation
without being overly involved content-wise. (Above)
