and ‘Behavior ’
Organization culture involves the collective behavior of its
team members , and it is collective human behavior that
creates and implements every element of success.
Excellence requires nothing less than you being a role model
and provide a source of guidance by subscribing to your
corporate values and behavior

Definition
Corporate values are the rules or guidelines by which a
corporation exhorts its members to behavior consistent with its
order and growth.
• Values are shared beliefs about what matters most in
the business
• Values make us what we are as a company
• Values determine how you want to be seen by the
customers
• Values provide a measure of how the one self behave

The objectives to attain continuous improvement must be
integrated with and supported by the culture of an organization.
It is the balance attention to organizational culture as well as
corporate objectives which drive long-term success.
