Q1. Describe 'Ethical Corporate Culture'
The term “corporate culture” generally refers to the culture of any business organization or
institution where the values of an organization effect its culture in most of the ways, because it
is now extended beyond the debate of which part is important and now it based on ethics
which is to be derive by the senior management. It is now been proven that the views and
action of management create culture of ethical excellence in an organization which ultimately
impact a significant outcome over the employee performance. So, the ethical culture is all
about how you work with your employees and the way you treat them, what things you bring
to support yourself, and is everything within your environment.
Q2. How can a leader build and sustain Ethical Corporate Culture?
If we talk about the leaders who need to build a sustainable ethical corporate culture, then
they must need to be authentic because authentic leaders always lead by examples and we
all know that the actions are always louder than words and this always send a right message
to the employees.
As part of the leader, one should address and focus below elements that are needed to
develop and maintain an ethical corporate culture. These elements include
The ethical culture can be developed by focusing on following points,
• Always focus on promoting good behavior which ultimately help out as an incentive in
organizational and ethical communication.
• Always focus on making culture wit basic values embodied because When employees see
ethical and accountable management all organizations work well.
• Circle your policies and actions with the right attitude. These practices show that when policies
are in line with ethics, this will open up communication and empower employees to access
ethical standards.
• Access your organization with tools that are specific to company culture analysis and always
focus on improvement.
