A Recipe Book for Healthy Eating
You will work in groups of three to write recipes for a complete meal
which includes three courses: appetizer, main dish, and dessert. You need
to choose a theme (Halloween, New Year, Disney, and Mexican Fiesta) as
a group. Each of you will be responsible for writing the recipe for one of
the courses. Your recipe should reflect the theme that your group chooses.
There is group work, but you will be evaluated individually. Your group
recipes will be compiled into a recipe book.
Use the following flow chart to plan your project.
