Malala Yousafzai refused to be silenced and fought for her right to an education when the Taliban took control of the Swat Valley in Pakistan. At age 15, she was shot in the head by the Taliban for her advocacy of education rights but survived the assassination attempt. When the Taliban took control of the Swat Valley in
Pakistan, a girl spoke. Malala Yousafzai refused to be
silenced and fought for his right to an education, when
he was fifteen, almost paid the highest price. She was
shot in the head point-blank on the school bus, and few
expected her to survive.

3. PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
Reading this book was a very rewarding experience
because the book shows us the courage of a little girl who
struggles to defend education in an egalitarian way. This
book taught me that we should make the most of the
opportunities we have in our environment and if our rights
are not fulfilled we must defend them.
