COMPANY PROFILE
AM.SA FACILITIES MANAGEMENT, based in
Thessaloniki, is a consortium of engineering companies
and offices, active for more than twenty years in the
areas of design, construction and management of
buildings and civil / mechanical engineering projects.
Our partners are architects, engineers and technicians
of all construction disciplines with specialized scientific
and technical knowledge and proven professional
experience. This network is well supported by carefully
selected and reliable subcontractors and suppliers. The
company implements adequate quality control systems
and its in-house legal department provides contract and
procurement management.
AM.SA FACILITIES MANAGEMENT operates
throughout Greece, offering straight and professionally
B2B services, based on the standards of technology
services (service engineering) consistent with the
contemporary international practices. Services are
addressing the actual facility requirements of both the
public and the private sector, regardless of their type
and usage, and cover the building lifecycle in relation to
planning, design, licensing, construction, operation and
administration. Moreover, our services include redesign
and reconstruction works with focus on sustainability,
reengineering, and even the degradation process of a
building. Services are tailored to the requirements and
needs of the individual client and are provided in every
type of procurement contract.
AM.SA aims to develop an appropriate “service portfolio” for different user groups
and also to identify suitable “service combinations” for the individual user. For the
client this translates into a crisp portfolio management strategy as well as a
comprehensive cost reduction strategy.

Our services concentrate on residential, commercial or office buildings, hotels, shop chains, industrial
facilities as well as facilities of public interest such as schools, hospitals and universities. People at
AM.SA FACILITIES MANAGEMENT strive to design and implement the best solutions concerning the
facility operation, and to present answers to the two fundamental questions any mindful property owner
must have:
"What do I really need?" - "How do I need it?"
Properties & Facilities Management related services are designed and implemented to address these
both questions with sole criterion the actual needs and the particular functional requirements of our client.
Our services attend to all individual stages of the facility development and operation (lifecycle approach)
and focus distinctively on three management levels disregarding the building type:
Service Level FM01: Building Management
(Building shell, electromechanical installations, equipment, machinery etc)
Service Level FM02: Legal-technical Property Management
Service Level FM03: User Service Management
Through our services we equip the client with a detailed road map for the development, implementation
and evaluation of the most suitable performance metrics to support day to day operations and strategic
business decisions, in order to minimize asset lifecycle costs and to increase productivity and profitability.
