3. THE CHALLENGE
We were running out of space shortly after building
another office.
Interesting because on any given day 30 - 40% of offices
were not occupied.
We have a rotating mix of employees on the road and at
customer facilities.
So we decided to have designated reservable offices.
Like you are now, we did research looking for solutions
that support office space reservation.
What we found was like trying to fit a square peg in a round
hole.
Solutions that were hard to understand, containing outdated
features we were not interested in and didn’t want to pay for.
4. THE TRIAL
So we picked a product that seemed like it could
be adapted to our use.
We tried, but it had an awkward non-intuitive
interface.
Its reservation features were limited not covering our
needs.
The $100k plus price was definitely a sticker shock so we
moved on.
RoviSys has a staff of very capable software
developers.
We carefully defined our needs and challenged our
developers to come up with a solution.

meeting times.
Update your calendar and post notes about yourself so others
know how to find you and what you are up to.
Find contact information for fellow employees with easy lookup
by name, picture and organization chart.
View and use reservation statistics to better understand how
your space is being used and when it is time to expand.
All of these are accomplished anywhere, anytime since
Roving is a cloud based application with guaranteed
99.99% up time.

The use of Roving within our company has brought about
an organizational revolution.

We updated our work spaces designated as “Roving” with
modern equipment that makes them easy to work in.
Our employees discovered the coolness of being able to move
around and change neighbors.
Being a “Rover” makes you think differently about your work
space and how you organize your data so it is available to you
anywhere.
Roving is not intended to make you green but it leads you in
those paths.
Roving naturally generates employee cooperation and
sharing.
